Lot #3744 – petition of Henry M. Warren S=
The Committee on Lots 471, to whom was referred with power the Petition of
Henry M. Warren, in behalf of his father, Bishop Warren of Denver Col.
owner of lot No 3744, for leave to place thereon, a monument, larger
than permitted by the General rules. Report that they decided to grant
the request. The rule is intended to prevent injury to adjoining lots,
by monuments of a size that would dwarf neighboring monuments,
but for reasons set forth in the Peititon, which the committee found
to be in accordance with fact, no such injury would be done

just and rearmable that the lot owner be gratified.
