Corn Starch Pudding
Always give it long enough
to cook. Cook about twenty
minutes.
Chocolate Sauce
1/2 c water. 1 hlf oz. chocolate 2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tb cornstarch
Melt chocolate in double
boiler add boiling water slowly
until dissolved pour this into
the mixed sugar and corn-
starch (stirring it)
Boil until reduced to half.
Boiled custard = Floating Island
Uese only yoke of eggs.
If it curdles stand the
bowl in cold water + beat
it until smooth. [?] is
