Act."

The Trustees met again on the 15th July
Seventeen members being present, when the following
Resolutions were carried;

"The Resolutions of this Board passed on the 19th
of May last having been taken into consideration
was ordered to be rescinded and the Provisions of
the Resolutions of the 16th of October were ordered
to be carried into effect, with the following exceptions
-In lieu of the first and Second resolutions the
following be inserted. -

1st. That inasmuch as it cannot reasonably be
expected that the Members of the Board who are
resident at a great distance from Kingston can
attend at all seasons of the year the meetings of
the Board, it appears expedient that there should
be but one general meeting in each year, and that
such meeting should be held on the first
Wednesday after the Annual meeting of
