Additional assistance in above subjects to be provided
so that no Honour Class shall exceed 12 or Pass Class 30

16. There shall be a University Professoriate adequate to give
instruction in each of the following subjects, namely; Pure
Mathematics, Physics Astronomy, Geology, Mineralogy, Chemistry,
Applied Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Physiology, Etherology,
History, Italian, and Spanish, Logic and Metaphysics,
History of Philosophy, Political Economy and Civil Polity,
Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence Engineering. As
regards Tutors and Fellows, assistance shall be provided
to the University Faculty similar to that mentioned above
for the College, as may be required.

17. The University Professorial lectures shall
be free of charge to all students matriculated in
