to affiliate to the University any efficient Medical School
that may wish to affiliate to the University; (2) That
the standard of Examination for all Medical Schools
that may be affiliated must be a common standard to
be mutually agreed upon; (3) That a Committee be now
appointed to consider any proposals tht may be made
for affiliation by outlying Medical and other Schools
with power to cause a meeting of Trustees to be called
should need arise: the Committee to consist of the
Principal, Mr James Maclennan, Q.C. and Dr A.E.
Malloch; (4) That a Board of MEdical Studies be
constituted to appoint the Examiners in Medicine, to
consider any representaitons that may be made by the
Delegates of the Affiliated Colleges who shall be on the
aforesaid Board, and to take any action there anent
tht will not conflict with the rights and powers of
the Senate, or Trustees, (5) That the Committee already
appointed, nominate and appoint such Board and
report their advice at the first meeting of the Board"

A Committee was also appointed to take into consideration
the matter of the proposed Legislation as ato
the University Councvil having representatives on the
Governing Board, and to report at the next meeting
of the Board, it being decided after some discussion
to lay the matter over for the present.
