Dr Williamson, Sir John A Macdonald and Rev Dr
Reid. The two latter, with Mr Roderick M. Rose,
who was also present were the sole survivors of the men
who had taken part in the business of the meeting held
fifty years before, in Kingston, and were specially mentioned
by the Chancellor as representatives of the founders
of the institution. Two brasses were at this time unveiled,
the first by Rev Mr Herridge. It bore the following
inscription

The second, which was unveiled by Dr Williamson was
as follows:
