Toshi Skehara, a student in Arts from Tokio, Japan
was entrusted the writing out of the annals as they
were completed by the Vice-Principal. A beautiful
design had been decided upon for the cover of each
number, and specimen pages were presented for the
inspection of the members of Convocation.
