that are needed for equipment and general expenses, and
the Registrar shall pay these out of the sum referred to in
Enactment No 9, on the written order of the Dean.
To this Committee all recommendations of the Faculty
shall be referred by the Secretary. (13) The Registrar shall
also hold the other fees referred to in Enactment No 9
and pay them on the written order of the Dean (14)
The Faculty shall from time to time frame regulations, as
occasions may require, touching the details of the course
of study and teaching and examinations the admission of
students, the amount and payment of fees and this
discipline and internal government of the Faculty: and shall
duly enforce such regulations, and may also alter or repeal
the same or any of them: and shall hear and determine
all complaints concerning the violation thereof.
Provided always that such regulations, or such alterations or
repeals thereof, be first approved by the Trustees, and that
such regulations shall be further subject to alteration or repeal
by the Trustees (15) The Faculty shall constitute an integral
portion of the College Senate for the purpose of
receiving and deciding on the reports of the examiners in
receiving and deciding on the reports of the examiners in
Medicine and especially for determing on whom degrees
in Medicine shall be conferred, at a meeting of Senate
called for the purpose by the Registrar: and for any
other purpose affecting the study of medicine
