meeting of graduates and friends of Queen's University in
Toronto and the vicinity held in December a Queen's
University Association of Toronto and the vicinity was
formed. Rev. Dr. Mulligan was in the Chair as
president. Officers were elected and the task of drawing
up a constitution for the association was left to them.

Another meeting was held on the 4th of February, and
was largely attended. It was thought that the association
would prove an effective means of keeping absent
graduates and friends in touch with the University and
of quickening their interest in her welfare, and it was
proposed to have the association represented on the University
Council.

The fifth annual conference of the
Theological Alumni was held in the University from
February 9th to the 19th, and was in every way a complete
success. There was by this time no talk of making
the meetings biennial instead of annual. The subject
of the Chancellor's course of Lectures was this year
"Christianity and its relations to Human Progress" delivered
by Dr. Watson

Contributions were received from
time to time during the winter for the Williamson
Scholarship Fund which together with the legacy of the
late professor amounted in April to nearly $2000.
The Senate suggested to the Trustees that a
