Agriculture for affiliation with Queen's University,
the Board of Trustees hereby consents to such affiliation
and proposes the following general terms as those on
which such affiliation should be forthwith affected

(1) Affiliation shall continue for such period of time as
shall be mutually agreeable to this Board and to the
Corporation of the said School.

(2) The names of the
members of the teaching staff of the School and of the
subjects taught by them, and a full list of the matriculants
in the departments of the School in which degrees
are sought, shall be furnished to the Registrar of
the University on or before the 1st of March in each
year, and so far as considered advisable by the Senate
shall be published in the University Calendar.

(3) The requirements for graduation, including the fixing of all
fees for examination and graduation, shall be determined
on from time by the Senate of the University which alone
shall appoint the examiners and control the examinations
but in making their arrangements connected with
such examinations, the Senate shall in every way consistent
with their duty to the University and the maintenance
of a high standard consult the convenience of the
School of Mining and Agriculture. The University
Council approved of this resolution and the School of
Mining and Agriculture was shortly after
affiliated with Queen's University. Dr
