I'm not of many words. I
believe in action and I believe
if you would think over
this matter and in some
legal way make it com-
pulsory for every Negro
to return to Africa and
build up there a form of
government to suit his
race & let them work out
their destiny at home. Now
thats my big plan. Of
course Africa is not
just a wilderness where
they can go & possess the
