Dear Mr. President:-

Excuse me fer interrupting your valuable time, but as a
conmon negro man of this great nation, and white man civilization,
I hereby beg you for a little information. I having read and
notice daily of the great war in Europe, and is therefore firmly

in war with any those great European powers or Japan, it would
require a large army of train able bodies men to cope with any
those powers thus mention, and I am still convince that it require

can fight and know how to do it, not bragging but that quality of
people my race have it. Little weak men feed on Dessert and doing
