Hon. Woodrow Wilson
Dear Sir:
It affords me the greatest of pleasure
as a man, to use my pen as a pointer
to unite to the Highest Esteemed Executive
in this our Great Country "United States."
Mr. President in reply to your assertion
with a few others, in one of our daily
papers, if I must say, one of the best
acknowledgements ever quoted by the
President, in favor of the conditions
of the Black Race Variety, secondly
the most ever printed by the papers as
the words, that were supposed to come
from one's lips in superiority, and
thirdly, from one who is born of the
south and sees and hears of negro
prejudice and segregation more so
than up in this nothern pant of
civilization.
Now if one can say these sweet things
of the race why not see that such things
are obeyed to the best of you knowledge
as the chief Executive of this our great
country, and if at any time you see that
you can benefit the negro by a great
