To His excellency Woodrow Wilson
President of the United state of
America

Honored Sir:-

The enclosed circular letter [?]
will inform you of the line of work I am
engaged in with an earnest [wish?] to make my
people better and acceptable citizens of the state,
and thereby make the world better you know
doubtless of the great need of training and more
than the right training that should be given
to a people to fit them for life service our
people are only climbing out of the past into
the future there fore you can realize the [?]
and perplexity accompanies our effort to work
along one line. We feel that you would pardon
us to ask you for a donation to assist us
in our strain we need much apparatus
to equisp school for successfull work we
have struggled through our poverty and
erected a five room as a start with
on complete additions for a ten room
