STUDENT ORGANIZATION

Young Men's Christian Association,
Young Women's Christian Association,
Literary Society.

REQUIREMENTS

1 Prompt attention to all duties.
2 Attendance at the daily Chapel service
3 Strict observance of study hours
4 One hour per day free service to the School
5 All meetings of student subject to the o-
versight of the faculty.
6 All students must be properly clothe,
The School uniform will be published later.

GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS

The Demerit system will be adopted by the Institute,
as the principle method of discipline.

Three marks constitute a warning.

On receiving three marks a student is liable to
suspension or expulsion.

A written request from parents or gardain must
be sent directly to the President before a student

will be given permission to go home during the
term of School.

EXAMINATION.

There will be two examinations, one in January,
and one in May.

STUDENTS REQUIREMENTS

Students will be required to write parents or
gaurdain weekly, all letters and express packages
will be subject to inspection.

REPORT

A report will be sent to parent or gaurdain of the
work done by student at the end of each term.

Teachers must report to the President all students
who are not doing satisfactory in their studies.

Students failing to make 70 per cent in any three
Subjects during the year will not be promoted.
