Asks that arrangements be made for two delegations to call upon
the President, one headed by Gov. H. C. Stuart which will urge the
appointment of Mr Gray, of Leesburg, as Assistant Treasurer of the
United States, and one which will extend the President an invitation
to attend opening of the Negro Exposition in Richmond in July, 1915.
