The Minutes of former meeting were read
and approved.

Dr. Lawson laid on the table an extract
from the minutes of Trustees of Queen's
College, of his appointment as Professor
of Chemistry and Natural History, authorizing
him at the same time to take his
seat in the Senatus as a member of the
Faculty of Arts.
