The Senatus agreed that the Professors
should appear in full Academic dressing
in gowns, hoods and caps. Drs Williamson
and Lawson were appointed a Committee to
fix upon a pattern of hood and caps, and to
communicate at once to individual Professors.
It was agreed that the Professors in Academic
robes with the Graduates and Under-Graduates
should be invited to walk in the procession
on the landing of the Prince of Wales.

The Senatus agreed to request Drs. Lawson
and Stewart to act as a Committee to
carry out these arrangements.

The minutes of former meeting were
read and approved of.

The minute of a meeting of Graduates
and Under-Graduates dated 16th Instant
was read, wherein they express a desire
to join with the Trustees and Professors in
their address to His Royal Highness the
Prince of Wales.

The Senate cordially agree to the proposal
that the Graduates and Under-Graduates
shall be associated with them in
the Address, and accordingly request
