Journal, in which all journals, books,
pamphlets etc. shall be entered as received
by the Sub-Lirarian, and a Folio
volume as a permanent general Catalogue
in which the titles of all books shall be
entered in full. The Secretary was instructed
to direct the Booksellers to send all
Periodicals in future to the College direct.

It was agreed that the Sub-Librarianship
should be offered to Mr. James Smith and
that the Trustees be recommended to make
the Salary $60 in the meantime and should
he hold the office during the Summer, $80.
It shall be his duty to perform thoroughly
all the work connected with the Library,
entering all books now in the Library as well
as those added during his term of office in
a Folio-Volume with full titles; giving out
and receiving books, making out reports etc.
under the direction of the Senatus, specially
that an annual report be given in to the
Librarian at the Commencement of the
session to be laid before the Senatus.

The Students and all others having Library books
are required to give them in immediately.

The following Students were examined viz
Intrants James Wylie, George Augustus Yeomans,
Elias Mullan. Elias Mullan was deficient
in Mathematics and Classics.

As second year's Students,

William Darrach was very deficient in
Mathematics, and somewhat in Classics
