Which day the Senate met and in the absence
of the Principal and Professor Williamson
Professor Mowat was unanimously elected
Chairman pro tempore.
The meeting was then duly constituted by
Professor Mowat. Sederunt Professors Mowat, Dickson, Lawson
and Weir.
The minutes of former meeting were read and
approved of.

Professors Dickson and Lawson were appointed
a Committee to draw up- a petition to Parliament
against a private Bill, now before Parliament
empowering the Toronto School of Medicine to
grant Certificates to students of said School
qualifying for Provincial Licenses.
