Queen's College 16th Augt. 1862
Which day the Senate met and was
duly constituted with prayer by
Dr. Williamson Chairman pro tem:
Sederunt Dr. Williamson Chairman
pro tem: Professors Mowat, Lawson and
Weir.
The minutes of former meeting were read and approved of.

The Senate resumed the further consideration
of Rules and Regulations for the
government of the College.

The Senate agreed that in future their
Secretary's salary shall be $100 per annum
to be paid out of the Graduation Fund in the
Faculty of Arts, and when these come short
of that sum the deficiency shall be supplied
out of the Matriculation-fees.

The Senate agreed that all Graduation-fees
be strictly paid in advance.~
