After some discussion it was agreed to defer
the consideration of the Campbell Scholarship
to another meeting.

and was duly constituted.
Sederunt The Very Reverend Principal Leitch,
Professors Williamson, Mowat, Lawson,
Murray and Weir.
The minutes of former meeting were read
and approved of.

A letter from William Ireland Esquire
enquiring into certain particulars regarding
the Campbell Scholarship was laid before
the Senatus. The Senatus agreed to defer
the consideration of the matter till next
meeting, and the Secretary was instructed to
notify Mr. Ireland to trhat effect.

The following students were examined on the
subjects of matriculation:—viz

The Senatus on receiving their examinations
agreed to allow the following students
