[margin]Application from[/margin]An application was made through the
[margin]Rev. G. Weir for extract[/margin]Principal by the Rev. George Weir for an
extract from the Senatus Records of the minutes
passed in 1862 on the desirability of having
Statutes. Before taking any action on
this application the Senatus agreed to request
the Trustees to define the powers of subordinate
College Boards in respect to giving extracts
from their Records.

[margin]Time for enrolling[/margin]The Registrar was instructed to put
[margin]students[/margin]up a notice that the time for enrolling students
in the Faculties of Arts and Theology
will not be extended beyond the 21st of November.
