The Princpal submitted a draft representation
of the view of the members of Senate
as to the insufficiency of the accommodation
for the classes of Arts and Theology,
and the members of Senate having subscribed
the same he was requested to bring
the subject before the Board of Trustees.

The Principal submitted certain bylaws
affecting students, and agreed to resume
the consideraiton of them tomorrow.
