without forfeiting a situation that was
open to him, and requesting to have the whole
of his examination in the second week. There
were also read a declaration from Mr. Williamson
engaging if his request be granted, not
to receive except from the examiners at the
appointed times any information as to the
contents of the examination papers; and
a letter from all the students of his year
approving of the arrangements desired
by him. The Senate after deliberation acceded
to Mr. Wilson's request.

The Senate further agreed to record
that the application of the two abovementioned
students are granted only on the
ground of their excellent behaviour during
the session and their merits as students.

the 2d inst. were read and approved.

and Prof. Mowat to examine the
Thesis of R. S. O'Louglin B.A. and Professors
Mackerras and Ferguson that of
A. McCulloch B.A.

The Senate appointed the following
programme of the Theological examinations.
