so as best to suit the convenience and promote
the comfort of those frequenting it,
to submit to the Senate any requests or
recommendations as to the use of the room
at other times than during the intervals between
class meetings, to determine, subject
to the approval of the Senate, as to the
suitableness of any papers or periodicals
which the students may desire to introduce
to maintain order to the best of their influence
and ability, and to report promptly
to the Senate any departures from
good order which may occur, and any
violations of No. 18 of the regulations affecting
students that may come under
their notice.
