[cos]tume by which undergraduates are distinguished
and are forbidden to wear it on
any occasion, that they are ineligible to
appear at any pass or matriculation examination
of the graduation course so
long as this sentence shall continue in
force, that without utterly depriving them
of the hope of restoration to the rank
of undergraduates, such restoration is possible
only after a satisfactory, probation
of strict and full obeidence to the regulations
affecting students of Queen's College,
as regards their attendance at all meetings
of classes for which they are enrolled,
their performance of all class work, and
their general conduct, and the Senate reserves
the right to determine how long
this probation shall continue, how far
it may be satisfactory or otherwise, and
upon what conditions and to what effect
or extent restoration to the rank from
which they are now degraded shall take
place.

Closed with prayer.
