aimed at P3 (the CP) went to
the DP (P2). Replacing the 6227
in 1D14 seems to have made the
bug disappear. Perhaps there was
noise setting P2 ACT when CMC LAST
PROC was being set at T2? Perhaps
a noise problem has been swept
under the rug.

Probably margins should
be run on core 3 1D to see
if perhaps the bug is still nearby.

but was tolded it was double tripping
checked spring tension and adjusted
Kybod reset lever spring tension.
