Librascope at 0915.

At 1435 got a non recoverable
error while running [T?]S DISK dignostic.

Attempts to get error to
repeat got 2 ajacent words clobbered
and we got a parity error in the
second one.

Various combination of 2 dropped words
and parity errors recured.

D Poole wired in a more honest
[Timing?] error detector.

This error [s?]ector so far has detected
2 errors, and data missed was turned on,
indicating its honesty.

Essentially all of time since 1435 was spent
by Stanford personnel investigating the nature
of the error.

It seems, from circumstantial
evidence, that the Stanford part of the in[balance?]
is intermittenly caausing [timing?] errors on [write?]
Maybe?
