3.15/02 (swapper) died in a
re-read check. poked with DDT and
determined that the left half of word
141₈ (second word of third sector) was
being spread into many following half words
(not possible to tell whether read or write
was doing this). This was quite
solid when repeated at intervals of a few seconds.
After I stopped and poked a few minutes with
DDT to determine the above information, the bug
went away.

Type 30 scope was not incrementing in
character mode in TECO. Reloading
TECO seemed to make it go away.
Found 4102's in 136 feeding -10 v to
type 30 in 3 bits (15, 16, and 26)
replaced 4102's. -3 [?] supplied.
