Another card with serial number. But the plot thickens. Both his age (21) and his birth date (March 18, 1901 - handwritten in ) are given. The date and the age don't match and he received a discharge for fraudulent enlistment and not recommended for re-enlistment.
It looks like he wanted to enlist despite being only 16. Let's leave both DOB and age as is.
