This is a different document. I wonder if it is really Ora L (the preceding one) but it looked like OraA-- see what you think.
We have some documents regarding Ora Adams in the Book of Merit (records gathered by the Historical Bureau about veterans who received citations and awards). In one letter, the Director of the Historical Bureau asked the Adjutant General's Office if his middle initial was L or A, and the Adjutant General's Office confirmed it is L.
