Borden is in Clark County, Indiana. It is close to the county line with Washington County. Parts of Washington County ARE served by the Borden Post Office. A person could live in Washington County, but consider their postal residence as Borden. I have left the county out. If you believe it should be Washington County, then the Borden needs to be erased, If you believe it to be Borden, then the county should be Clark. I live near here and understand the confusion, esp if you are a guy who doesn't pay much attention to geo-political boundaries.
