Went out this Mg. at six with
Philips went on bd. the "England"
was offered to go home as surgeon in her.
L Sr. called afterward on Capt.
Coupar of the "Ivanhoe" said I should
meet him during the day at
Patersons. Called on Capt Eales
asked advice as to whether I
should go in the "England"
or "Ivanhoe" thought I was
fixed unless could get another
Surgeon Called on Dundas
at Shand Fairlies. asked terms
for England free passage
only. Made up my mind
to [struck through: call] go on the Ivanhoe
Capt. Coupar called in the
afternoon at Mr. Ogilbies
