Tuesday July 5th. 1859.

Breeze hauled round to NNE about
2 ocl yesterday went on the same
tack till 8 this mg. laying now
N.N.W. air very cool & weather pleasant
An immense shoal of porpoises
passed today. a full rigged
Ship in sight to to leeward supposed
to be the same we saw on Sunday Therm 72°
