Pursuant to notice the Associations met
on the Grounds of the Association Tuesday
Aug 17th the President in the Chair.

No business was transacted
Meeting adjourned to meet at 7 1/2 oclock
in the evening.

Association met as per adjournment.
President called the meeting to order.

On motion it was ordered that an order
be drawn on the Treasurer for the Amount
of Salary and tracking expenses of J. W.
Ross, kept up to date.

Also ordered that an order be drawn
on the Treasurer for the amount of
Salary and Traveling expenses of G. O.
Ash for labor performed and services ren-
dered. to date.

On motion it was resolved to request
and authorize the Treasurer to receive
Superintendents receipts signed by
J. W. Ross as cash.

Adjourned to meet to morrow
