Pacific Grove California June 22, 1905

The Pacific Grove Retreat Association met in the
Parlor of the El Carmelo Hotel at 8 PM to hold its
annual meeting, one week later than usual on
account of necessary hindrance.

Henry French President in the chair who called
the meeting to order and Rev. George Clifford led in
prayer. The Minutes of the previous meeting were
read for in formation & adopted. Also the minutes of
the Executive Committee meeting of August 2 & 22
1904 were read and approved as a part of the action of
the association.

Members present. Henry French. George Clifford JW
Bryant. W.B. Priddy A.L. Kellogg & H B Heacock
Rev Thos Felbeu superintendent A D [Shepard] Sec.
[set a?y] & manage of the P.I. Co. and J.P. Prior
resident agent of the P.I. Co. were present [?] invi-
tation.

On motion the secretary was instructed to cast
the ballot for Directors of the Grove resulting in
the election of George Clifford, Henry French HB.

A.L. Kellogg Geo. D. Kellogg. W.W. Case E.R. Dille
J.F. Forderer.

Henry French was elected President
