Same routine.
Very short of water - cutting poplar & elm branches for the eve.
P.R. [Stephensen] much calmer & settling down to trust me & be his old self. His political obsessions ultra conservative, even nazi.
He showed me the Yerjensen [misspelling of Jorgenson] typescript & trusted me to read some chapters.
An immense work conventionally written: if it is a success he will be all right probably.
I reciprocated with first chap of my Notes wh. he highly commended.
