Fine warm day. Went to town early. Went to Newsreel & thence to lunch with B Davis at Queen's Club.
Met Paul Frolich outside for a few minutes. He asked after that awful bust, if it needed maintenance.
Said goodbye to B & went to Permanent Trustee about shop rents & then to buy typeing ['e' crossed out] requisites, thence to Mitchell to read about Jorgensen & I saw Esmond Higgins.
Did some shopping & got home by 5.15.
May Smales came in & stayed for 2 hours.
