Grey showery day but not cold enough for heater.
Started on what I hope is final typing of essay.
I rang May Bridle in afternoon: she was a bit upstage.
Florrie Neely Knox telephoned later & will come to spend a week-end soon.
Glen rang late & kept me till 10.30 - said she was in bed comfortable with her infra lamp, but I was cold and tired in the hall.
