Lovely day again. 76°. Warmest June day since 1940. I went in to see the A's.
Mrs Bennetts called to see how I was.
After lunch I took chokos to Mrs Geo. Williams, went to PO & home via Mrs Watson & she told me that Chris Hewett's bro. was found unconscious at show grounds after being missing from Friday to Monday.
They think it a hit & run smash. I rang them tonight. He is still unconscious.
Gathered chokos & took them to the Ukrainians.
Ironed my dress & overall.
Marie McN. telephoned, God bless her & cheered me: good news of Myrtle White.
