Thrashed around again.
Rushed to butcher for steak while Vic fortunately had to take his car to town to be "gone over".
Got home to dinner, then took Ivy & me by train to town, I to Empire to get tickets for Kiwis & then Ivy & I visited St Andrews till V. came with car.
We had evening fish at Cafe on corner of Bond St went to a Newsreel & home had something for supper talked & to bed.
I secretly again stealing round & thrusting papers out of sight in a terrible mess; when I had them sorted.
