Bright day with chill breeze.
Much coughing & very sore throat.
O, to have lain in bed warm & the coughing stopped & let the world go hang.
But I had to drag out & clean the house.
Did my room kitchen & hall & re-laid fire - a task in itself.
Went to butcher etc.
After lunch went to town for cough mixture, to Williamson's to release mortgage, took a present for Lillaine & could just crawl home.
Dal telephoned after tea.
To bed at 8.30.
