Went to butcher. Cloudy warm day. Inquired after Mrs Bennetts & Mrs Morgan. Planted my little peach tree & some love-in-the-mist seeds. Arthur cut down 2 branches in front. Cd. scarcely stagger back from butcher - seemed as if the blood had gone thick in my veins. Did a little house cleaning in preparation for Pixie but had to desist.
