The meeting was called to order at
8:30 P.M. by the former President Lee,
and was presided by Mr. F.Y. Chuck, the
former English Secretary.

Mr. F.Y. Chuck introduced the following new members:-

Treasurer's report

The new officers of the Autumn
Quarter were elected
President - N.Y. Yue
English Secretary- H.C. Wong
Chinese Secretary - C.H. Lee
Treasurer W. Taam

After the election the new
officers came to take charge the
meeting.

Business:-

(1) Mr. A.F. Chuck made a motion that
the renting of the rooms of the
club house should not be vitiate by
the social members of the club.

Mr. W. Taam seconded it and it was passed by majority.
