Gentlemen;-

I am the owner of lots 3,4,5 & 6, Block- 14 Lawn Terrance
addition to the City O Fort Worth,Texas, see plot attached, and beg
to represent to you that said alley lies wholly within my property and
is one that will not and can not be used by any one other than myself,
and respectfully ask that you recommend to the Council that
I be allowed to close said alley, as the City will never be able to
in any way use it.
