Gentlemen:-

I have to report the settlement, pursuant to the authority giv-
en me at your last regular meeting, of the following suits against the
City of Fort Worth, To-wit: E.B.Parsons, Plaintiff, for $2000.00,dam-
ages. E.W.Parsons, Plaitif, for $10,000.00,damages. H.C.Parsons,
Plaintiff, for $2000.00,damages. J.D. Parsons, Plaintiff, for $2000.00,
damages. S.P.Parsons, Plaintiff, for $2000.00,damages. L.S.Parsons,
Plaintiff, for $2000.00, damages. E.M.Parsons, Plaintiff, for $2000.00,
damages.

I paid out for costs in these cases $161.45 which came out of
the warrant for $165.00, drawn in favor of the Mayor for this purpose.
