To Make Orrang Cream
Take a pint of Creame & boyle it with 4 or five pastiles & a bitt
of Orrange Pill then Stir it till it be about the warmth of New
Milk; then have in Reddiness the Juce of 4 or 5 Orranges &
2 Leamons Sweetened with fine Suger & Straine into the Chinay
dish you make your Creame in; then put a Little orrange flower
water Into thee Juce; you must pour it high from the dish that it may
bubble up: so let it Stand 5 or 6 hours in the Summer in cold
weather it may Stand all night before you serve it
