Take six new lide eggs leave out 3 whites
beat them with a whisk very well, & the
yolks by them selfs, beat with them six three
sponfull of sack & three of orange flower =
water, then ad to them half a pound & to
ounces of loaf suger beaten & seavied, beat
it with a spon tell the oven be ready, put
in half a pound of the finest wheat flower
before the flower goes in, add to it in the beat
=ing the grated rine of to frish lemmons
& a grain of musk & to greins of Amber

very fine the flower must not go in tell
the oven be ready, then spred them upon long
papers or fine grane butter the oven must
be as hot as for white bread only it may
must stand to cool it when you put them
in, dust over a little suger over them,
when they begin to brown take them out &
put them upon poles of a grete bigness, & set
them into the oven again to harden, & then
keep them dri
