Take a gallon of Sack & one pint of white wine, & shill it full of Clary
& ye Crumms of 2 White Loaves 24 Eggs beaten; past up yor still; &
still it In a Lymboek, &If you would have It Smaller then take
ye 3 part white wine& one part Sack/

Orrange Water

Take to every 2 quarts oof Sack 12 Orranges Chop them
& Steep ym 12 hours & Still it In a glasse still & when you have
Slib it Sweeten It wth double Refined sugar destead In Red Rose
water, put on handfull of Angillico Into ye Still with the
Orranges

The Small Surfitt Water

Take wormwood Cardus & mint & fill yor still and
Cover it over wth Milk & Sprinkle It over wth Sack
Still It In a Ros Still & drink it with a Lump of hard
Suger

Treacle Water

Take one ounce of harts horne shaved Boyle it In 3
pints of Spring Water untill it comes to one quart,
yn take ye Rods of Allicompanie Gonlian, Cyprus Sormon
till ye Blesse Thistle Angillica, of Each one ounce
of Cylorn Rinds one ounce; yn take n of ye best vonus
Treacle & delelve In 6 pints of wine and 3 pints
of Red rose water, & so Infuse ym altogether & slice
them/
